Keep it simple
- Reduce noise (ultra-processed, sugar spikes)
- Add basics (protein, fibre, hydration)
- Build rhythm (meals you can repeat)
- Adjust gently (no perfection)
The method
Diet-Me is not about perfection.
It’s about simple food choices that create a steadier body and a calmer mind.
Food affects energy, mood, cravings, sleep, recovery, and movement. When we eat in a way that reduces stress on the body, life often feels lighter — not because problems disappear, but because we’re more regulated when we meet them.
The method: Simple → Steady → Repeat
1) Reduce noise
Less ultra-processed food, less constant snacking, fewer spikes and crashes.
2) Add basics
Protein first. Fibre where possible. Hydration daily.
3) Build a rhythm
A few meals you can repeat. A shopping list that makes it easy.
4) Adjust gently
Small changes, not dramatic resets. If something doesn’t work, we refine — we don’t punish.
A gentle rule
Consistency beats intensity.
One steady choice today is better than a perfect plan you can’t keep.
Part of the ecosystem
This is the food pillar.
